Hello Poly Cocktails NYC Community! Our next event is on November 10, 2025.
We are 21+, RSVP required, and COVID-19 vaccination mandatory. We are still asking you all to take a rapid antigen test at home before arrival. As always, thank you for all your support and care!

If you don’t have a vaxx card handy, we will accept the following:
- Log on to CVS or Walgreens – both carry everyone’s vaxx records and if yours aren’t there, make an appointment and then cancel it. That loads most people’s records.
- If you got vaxxed at any major hospital system in the city, like Mt Sinai, Columbia Presbyterian, Health + Hospitals, NYU, or Cornell—you should have access to your my chart which has that info.
- You can screenshot whatever you submitted from work or school to prove you were vaxxed.
- If all else fails, try here: https://myvaccinerecord.cityofnewyork.us/myrecord/
- If you have a social media post of you with the signature bandaid getting your vaxxes, screenshot and send it.
- Some still have excelsior passes – we’ll take those too.
